after failing twice to break out of neckline. finally today its giving a breakout plus closing above neckline .. extremly positive candle for Castrol . can expect 230 levels soon

ONCE AGAIN STOCK FAILED TO CLOSE ABOVE 210-212 .. NO LONG SHOULD BE TAKEN UNLESS IT CLOSES ABOVE 213 .
