2909 DXY 99.4 is its target of this year

Stop dropping and rallied up from 94, actually it made 93.81.

Now the channel is confirmed as valid.
And as long as it keep staying inside , it will move alone the light blue 1-2-3-4-5 wave up to hit 99.4 before the end of 2018. Better before Xmas.
