【ETH】威科夫派发 - 阶段D ？

- 目前ETH走势，已经满足了 A、B、C三个阶段，目前是否能出现阶段D的 弱势信号，下行突破，还有待观察。
- 如果继续上行，也很可能出现 派发后上冲回落的最后阶段，触碰1700附近再下来（UTAD），也就是说，很可能目前只是处在阶段B，而非阶段C。
