Daily is at a good PSY-ZONE to reject the price but the buyers momentum seems quite heavy as well which could break the resistance.
4H is the targeted timeframe- Market is forming HL with 2 bullish engulfing at key zone (1.20946)
However, it's still a bit early to take a buy since we could have the market consolidate as drawn before the breakout.

Sellers have taken over on EU. 1H Making new LLs. will keep an watch and once we have more bullish elements on 4H + 1H making new Highs, then we can find our EU Bullish RUN.
