美元刚开始降息，就借助其他因素，把价格搞到低点再开始上涨，
同时美元相反正式下跌，一样从高点高位开始下跌，套路就是这么个套路，要上涨从低位开始，
要下跌先拉高再下跌（美元指数就是这样）
