Vemos como tenemos una causa macro y causas locales que destacan la rotación de estructuras, un mercado donde la demanda a ganado posiciones y la oferta se encuentra rezagada, por ultimo se ve claramente un rompimiento del TR, donde hay ausencia de oferta.
