Under-Development: The Co has 6 projects under development. 4 of which are in Mumbai, and the balance 2 in the NCR. The total net surplus of these projects amounted to ₹4980 Cr.
The Co has one owned office project under construction in Gurugram for an area of 1.31 Mn Sq ft. It is expected to get ready by 2024, with a net surplus of ₹1372 Cr.
Planned-Projects: The Co has 4 projects in the planning stage. The net total surplus of these projects will be ₹ 2623 Cr.
Concentrated Landbank
The Company has 1929 acres of land bank of which >95% of the Land Bank is in metro cities. Mumbai (MMR), National Capital Region (NCR) and Chennai which is sufficient for expected development over the next 5-7 years.
