I purchased a protective LEAPS put and sold a short put with a strike at 60. If it expires worthless, I keep the full premium. If KO drops to 60, I’ll be assigned and buy 100 shares. With the current setup, even if KO drops by 50%, I won’t reach my maximum loss thanks to the long LEAPS protection. If assigned at that price, I’ll consider managing the position using covered calls and collecting dividends.
