What do with Maruti Suzuki
The big question is what should we do with Maruti:
Fundmental analysis :
On fundamental basis we should sell Maruti because the amount of return in equity has been following over the years and it is also in loss because of rising steel prices and it is not able to keep up with the suv trend. Also there is chip shortage.
Future on fundamental:
In the futures the fundemental maybe string because it is pairing up with Toyota for electric and advanced SUV cars:
Technically:
on the basis of technical analysis very bearish because it broke its crucial 50 DEMA of 7000 and it is forming a triangle pattern which has broken the neckline of 6990. And somewhere a head and shoulder pattern and also broke the neckline of head and shoulder pattern based on technical analysis we can see downtrend target of 6000 to 6190.
In conclusion on fundemental basis we might see some profit in future but on technical basis no hope is seen.
