NASDAQ MIGHT NOT CLIMB UP SOON AS EXPECTED.
From the fundamental point of view, Microsoft has lost the Tik Tok deal. Had they managed to acquire it then the indiex would have skyrocketed. As from the technical point of view, nasdaq will fall back to the level of support before it climbs up agai.
