Real Incident : Beware of Random Trading!

NSE:NIFTY   Nifty 50 Index

Have you heard of the term "random trading" ? May be its a new trading related term. I just found how random trading break down a trader and his trading account. I intereact with traders here. Few people share their trades. And thats how I found this random trading. Random trading has no entry, exit, target or trading plan. When a trader thinks the price will go up, he buy it and sell when he think price is going to fall. Sounds very simple, right? But the consequences are not that simple.
For example see the nifty chart. 26th may, the random trader sold nifty @ 9540 because he thought price is going to fall. Exit the trade @ 9580 with loss. Random trading is worse than impulsive trading. It swipes away the capital in few days. Check yourselves whether you do random trades. If so, change that habit at once before it wipes you and your trading account completely. Above example is just one trade.
Note : This is a real incident. I dont want any trader to do such mistake and shared it here.
