Polyplex Corporation Ltd is an Indian multinational company which produces biaxially oriented polyester (BoPET) film for packaging, electrical and various industrial applications. The company is a major exporter of PET film to the United States, Europe, Southeast Asia, South America and Australia.

The key product line of Polyplex continues to be its Sarafil range of plastic films which are base films manufactured by using petrochemical raw materials like PET (Polyester) resin and PP (polypropylene) resin.

Current Price is less than book value.
Dividend giving stock.
ROCE & ROE are adequate.
Promoters holding Less & almost all promoters pledged (Negative point).
Debt is Less than reserves.
Company is continuously reducing debt since last 7 years.

Technical:-
Resistances are marked as red horizontal lines.
Stoploss is marked as orange horizontal line.
Supports are marked as green horizontal lines.
Price is below 200 Weekly EMA (White Line).
But Price is above 200 Monthly EMA, Which may take support on it & bounce (Yellow Line).

Crux:-
So Fundamentally good dividend giving stock.
But promoters are exiting and are very less which is a matter or concern.
For Polyplex Corporation, raw materials costs account for about 67% of the total expenditure.
The company will need some trigger for the next cycle to kick in.
So this could be one reason why the stock is under pressure and falling.
or may be some other inside reason, we may be unaware of.
