This is another scary head and shoulder's top and coincidentally the previous large bearish triangle had a measured target price at 45 area it was crazy call but some didn't flinch or slow down to take the ride all the way to that level. Ugly chart tells you something that has not been disclosed yet to the public and it can even get uglier. Will the up coming earning help the price?
