If Bitcoin starts its trademark bull-run, Qtum will breakout downwards.
If Bitcoin continues an incremental movement, Qtum will breakout upwards.
Comment:
If Bitcoin free-falls to 8-10k, Qtum will breakout downwards.

Unfortunately Qtum had a downwards breakout, even though Bitcoin maintained its incremental movement. That being said, 300k major support is yet to be breached, and if it does hold, we should be witnessing a mighty fine entry point.
