SPY The market is BULLISH for the moment. The bulls are dominating the market. On the other hand, we cannot say that the bears are very happy, but they do not want to change their positions yet. Currently, the bulls are slightly stronger but the flow of money is rather balanced. However you will need to hold on for another leg higher.
