TWTR Watching for bounce at Cypher completion
I think the hard sell off is over done and TWTR may get at least a short term bounce here. Will watch price action on
lower time frames for bullish reversal. This has potential to reverse hard. Stops can be placed below most recent low
or 26 for longer term hold.
