TVIX/VXX signaling a looming spike coming

NASDAQ:TVIX

I'll be buying the VXX for cost basis but both are signaling that markets are possibly going to tumble big in the very near future.
target for VXX is $42 and TVIX is 230

Note

VXX is spiking disappointing/inadequate info from Moderna. Will this thing spike big over the next few days?
