If the price is higher than the pivot, open long, TP1 at 2020, and TP2 at 2032, cut loss if the price is lower than the pivot.
If the price is lower than the pivot, open short, TP1 at 1995 and TP2 at 1985, cut loss if the price is higher than the pivot.
