If the price is higher than the pivot, open long, TP1 at 2135, and TP2 at 2145, cut loss if the price is lower than the pivot.
If the price is lower than the pivot, open short, TP1 at 2115 and TP2 at 2099, cut loss if the price is higher than the pivot.
