FLARE SPARK IOU POTENTIAL TREND CHANGE

It has been quite some time since we have seen green from the Spark IOU token. I was starting to think everyone had forgotten about it. I think we can start to see some positive price action in the next few days/weeks ahead.

Nice little 21% gain for Poloniex traders... I trade on Bitrue so it was a 42% gain from my entry.
I think there is still room to move up. As long as Bitcoin does not dump.
