This is two easy-to-operate patterns, as shown in the graph, the target of both patterns is the pole size projected at the break site.
They are continuation patterns and occur quite frequently in smaller time-frames.
Pennants look very much like symmetrical triangles. But pennants are typically smaller in size (volatility) and duration. Volume generally contracts during the "sideways" with an increase in the breakout.
In this case we have a convergence of targets, where pennant breakout and bear flag point to targets in the same region, which makes us more confident in target definition.
