YES! YOU CAN SAY IT IS A BREAKOUT

Yes bank breached a strong horizontal trendline after so long time and gives rounding bottom breakout after a long period of consolidation and downtrend now it is looking strong again, on Bollinger band indicator it gives a breakout on it's upper band of that indicator and volumes are also very encouraging so we can see it could play a strong momentum for upside from here in coming sessions.
