Sobha Ltd currently seems to be starting Wave V of 3 which is heading towards 2720-50 (65%+ from its current price of 1630) as seen in the chart. Two levels (2720 & 2750) have been marked as supply zone. However, a clearer target can be pinned once the stock makes a fresh ATH.
The company has recently posted strong Q2 numbers and highest quarterly profits since March 2023.

OBEROIRLTY is an attractive cheap BUY.TECHNICAL ANALYSIS OF OBEROIRLTY
The LAST CLOSE PRICE of OBEROIRLTY is 958.85. The PARABOLIC SAR is showing the BUY SIGNAL with TREND as UPTREND . The FIBONACCI LEVELS analysis shows that the CLOSEST FIBONACCI LEVELS is 0.5 at the FIBONACCI STOCK PRICE LEVEL of 943.65. From here, the Key Support and Resistance levels are SUPPORT 1 at 929.75, SUPPORT 2 at 912.55 with RESISTANCE 1 and RESISTANCE 2 at 957.55 and 1002.55 respectively. The Key 50% FIBONACCI LEVEL stands at 943.65 which is the crucial Fibonacci Level determining whether the scrip will maintain the trend or not.

A short description of the company:
Sobha Limited, incorporated in 1995, is a real estate developer engaged in construction to operations of townships, housing projects, commercial premises, and other related activities.
The Co. is also engaged in manufacturing activities related to interiors, glazing and metal works, and concrete products.
Key points to note:
Real Estate (64% of the revenue, FY21)- It includes the sale of housing and commercial leasing of properties.
Contractual and Manufacturing (36%)- It comprises the development of commercial premises and other related activities, including manufacturing activities related to interiors, glazing and metal works, and concrete products.
Corporate Clients
Co.‘s corporate clients include LuLu group, Biocon, Dell, Bosch, Syngene, Taj Hotels, HCL, ITC Hotels, Huawei Technologies, and many more.
Self-reliance through Backward Integration
It is the only company in the sector to have a full-fledged backward integrated model of operations.
Under the backward integration model, the Co. has three manufacturing divisions - Glazing and Metal Works, Interiors and Concrete Products which are used for the manufacturing of houses. It also has a very high-end mattress manufacturing unit under the brand name Sobha Restoplus, started in 2007.

Capex incurred in FY20 and FY21
In FY20, Co. added 239 Cr in the Fixed Assets, mainly on scaffolding items and additions to Plant and Machinery and it incurred a Capex of 15 Crores in FY 21.
Also SOBHA has recorded its highest ever sales in volume and value wise as its Q3 sales booking rise 36%.
The average price realisation improved to Rs 9,650 per square feet, up 21.9 per cent from the corresponding quarter of last year.
Achieved highest-ever quarterly sales volume of 1.47 million square feet, with an increase of 11.6 per cent compared to the previous year.
During April-December period of this fiscal, Sobha Ltd's sales bookings rose to Rs 3,734.4 crore from Rs 2,760.6 crore a year ago.
In the first nine months of this fiscal, the company achieved total sale of 4.17 million square feet, an increase of 16.9 per cent over the preceding year.

if you look at the charts, there is a reversal from a strong support/resistance zone and is looking good to buy at cmp.
if we also look onto the longer timeframe, there has been observed a darvas box consolidation breakout and the stock is currently giving a retest.

Over the last 5 years, market share increased from 3.09% to 4.14%
Over the last 5 years, net income has grown at a yearly rate of 11.25%, vs industry avg of 10.31%

the company also has a higher EPS (Earnings Per Share) indicating a high profitability.

Godrej properties has sold over 1 million square feet of area at the launch of a new project, Celeste, in its township, Godrej Garden City, in Ahmedabad.
The company has sold 870 homes with a booking value of approximately Rs 435 crore since the project was launched in October, last year, it said in a statement.
The project covers nearly 2.3 hectares and includes 8 towers which offer homes and retail outlets of various configurations. It also has a wide range of state-of-the-art amenities covering social, health, and leisure requirements across age groups.
If you look at the charts, the stock is at a 4 year old long term support zone, and it expected to give reversal. also the stock is near 52 week lows.

This Stock broke out from a Down Trending Trendline zone after testing three times. It was in consolidation inside Triangle Pattern since last six months and today that ended on long side So I am biased on long side as todays candle closed is strong green.
On Buy Side I am looking for Targets of 977 and 1036.
StopLoss should be kept at 888.
It offers 1:2 Risk Reward.

since on next day RUSSIA DECLARED WAR ON UKRAINE Sentimental hit the stock it had a fall roughly around 10%.
but
Its FUNDAMENTALS are strong.
FII increased their stakes during DEC-Quarter i.e. ,from 1.85% to 3.2%(NEARLY-DOUBLED).
Once WAR over it will shoot higher ,have it on your radar.
According to my research and knowledge, it's going to boom for Short-Term.
