Detailed and Broader AnalysisIn the context of the above chart you may notice the importance of 104 to 115 levels that acted as support during initial years and resistance during the 5 year consolidation and whenever got broke with high volumes has given a very good move towards the crucial resistance of 254. This is a weekly chart so I'm sharing a broader analysis. In this July month we can see a massive volume breakout after a RSI divergence and a good rally towards 170 levels. Now it's heading for a retest. First of all if you do sectoral analysis by reading up the Relative Strength of the Nifty Realty sector you may see a rise as compared to the previous years. Simultaneously It is performing in line with Nifty REALTY. Also Real Estate is expected to give returns in the near future, more and more people are inclined towards it as the returns in the prev. four years were average. It was in a indecision or a range so we may see a price hike. If you feel my analysis was convincing then pl. like, also I welcome your views. If you want to accumulate, Enter at RETEST i.e., 115 levels or start pyramiding now, can be good for the targets of 170+ and even 200+

Also, Q1 results to be announced on Aug 11. Positive shift on real estate sector & Pune residential Q1 sales look stable .

DLF 10 YEARS BREAKOUT [ COMMING OUT OF HIBERNATION]DLF Has given a big breakout after almost 10 years of consolidation.. Though the breakout happened earlier it got failed because of covid second wave. It has formed a big base at the bottom and usually the more bigger the base , the bigger is the upward move. Its like constructing a building , the bigger the base below the ground the stronger and taller is the building. Real estate sector is in boom. There are few reasons behind it. First of all RERA Act has reduced a lot of uncertainty and fraud in the sector.
The owner of the land are looking for bigger developers . Developers now have to open a escrow account for all transaction and make particular compliance certificates for
environmental, fire , legal etc. Skilled and educated people are now working and are being employed , where as earlier all unskilled people where working. The real estate sector is at almost rock bottom, so valuations are good. This sector can take time to move but looks really good both fundamentally and technically.
The Stock can take time to move Bearing the fact that there have been problem in this sector and company. But the targets are very high.
Dlf forming a reverse bullish patternDLF is heading towards a broader resistance of 310 and if it breaches that (within the day or day closing), one can hold it for a good target of 340-350.
Previously we attempted to find short opportunities in DLF, but we could not find the opportunity to sell it as it didn't form a pullback but went straight up (reverse bullish). Now that it has breached its daily resistance area, one can enter long trade right now for a short term target of 310 and broad target of 340-350.

The company’s shares have 52 weeks high of INR 1607 and have a market capitalisation of INR 1.09 trillion which makes it a Large-Cap company.
1.Economic Moat
The company has a history of over 80 years of engineering excellence and operates in 9 business verticals. L&T Group comprises of 93+ subsidiaries, 8+ associates, 34+ joint-venture and 33+ joint operations companies.
2. Business Model and Management
The main business verticals include Building and factories, transportation and infrastructure, Civil Engineering, Power, Defence, Electrical and Automation. The subsidiaries are involved in some non-core businesses like IT
services, Realty, Machinery, Financial services etc. & order inflow of INR 1286 billion in the first three quarters of FY 2020
3. Growth Ratios
The revenue has seen a growth of 12.3% CAGR over the last 10 years. The operating income and net income has also increased by 6.5% CAGR and 5.3% CAGR respectively.
4. Profitability Ratios
The gross margin has remained flat over the years which indicates that the company is able to pass down the inflation-related costs to its customers.
5. Cash Flow Ratios
the company has a moderate cash position.
6.Liquidity and Solvency Ratios
the financial leverage has been increasing but the debt to equity ratio has flattened. This indicates that the company’s assets are valued at higher levels which is the general case with the industry as new projects are
undertaken and progress is made. The current ratio has remained flat and the quick ratio has also been stable over the years. This indicates good liquidity and solvency position for the company.
7. Efficiency Ratios
good management of cash by the company even with an increased scale of operations.
8. Valuation Ratios
L&T, however, still has solid fundamentals and an order book which is almost 3 times its annual revenue. Hence the company can be said to be trading at attractive multiples for long term investing.
9. ROE 5 way Du Pont Analysis
The asset turnover has remained stable and the tax efficiency has improved. Overall the company has shown an increased return on equity along with a flat debt to equity ratio.
10.Future Prospects
The company witnessed a strong international order inflow of INR 416 billion (+2%YoY). The domestic orders declined by 20% YoY, whereas international business grew by 64% YoY to INR 179 billion. International orders
contributed 43% of total order inflow for the 3rd quarter of 2020 just before the COVID-19 pandemic.

Anant Raj Ltd showing strength - Trading in Upward channel (BUY)Daily charts of this Real Estate company show higher highs and higher lows as it trades in the upward channel. It broke above resistance of 45-46 levels (aug 2015 & Jan 2016) in June 2016 topping at 62 levels and then crashing again below the 45-46 level (which failed to act as support) in nov 2016 making a low of 33 (almost 50 % correction).
In feb 2017 it conquered the 45-46 resistance level again and is making higher highs and higher lows as you can see highlighted in the chart.
RSI maintaining above level of 50 indicate strength of current upmove with rise in daily volumes.

Long term Fundamental Stock OberoiOberoi realty has quite a brand name in Mumbai and its projects always attract a premium. After a great annual result with over 50% sales increase the price zoomed 17% in one day. The stock continued to show strength with steady increase reaching 360 levels. That is a annualized 70% return. However post demonetization saw a strong correction retracing to 260 levels in 11 trading sessions. After which the price is showing a slow but steady rise.
Fundamentally the stock is great with an CAGR of 20% over 10 years and a slew of under construction projects in Mumbai. Also they are extending to Noida and Bangalore. Technically at the current levels both the MACD and Stoch are showing oversold. This is a good opportunity to begin adding this to your portfolio. Recently there has been a number of bulk purchases in the open market.
I believe, in the next 2 years real estate stocks such as Oberoi will give excellent returns.
HDIL TURNING UP It is been observed on daily chart that the price action forms a Hammer candlestick at the support levels where price action was picked up from the day's low to end near the high or open of the day, indicating a bullish come back at crucial support levels. Now, it shall turn up to around 61 levels which is 23.6% Fibs retracement levels.
