Sunteck-A potential rally pending in this realty stockWe have seen a massive bull run in most of Realty stocks like DLF, Oberoi, Godrejprop, etc.
However, suntech has been consolidating in an inverted head and shoulders pattern for last few years. This is mainly due to poor sales numbers shown by the stock in past.
530-550 is a strong supply zone for the stock. Once we see a monthly closing above this, we can see massive upmove in the stock. Also, Q4 2024 results are amazing which can fuel the rally.

I was stunned by the Nifty50 and BankNifty price moves today. We started the day in line and then the 09.31 GREEN candle surprised me, a quick surge that took Nifty50 up by 134 points ~ 0.6% by 10.15. What followed was even scarier: a fall of 194 points ~ 0.87% by 10.43. A single candle moved 131 points ~ 0.59%. When was the last time you remember seeing Nifty move that much in a single 4-minute candle? We briefly violated the support of 22295 but got back in a quick time. From there on Nifty50 had no more aggressive swings and managed to close flat today.
On the higher time frame, the stance continues to remain bullish. As long as 22295 support holds, there is no meaning in revising the stance. One thing is sure, the sudden price moves we are seeing right now are quite indicative of a massive shift in fundamentals. Technical Analysis cannot detect the directional impact this early, but it would be prudent to keep an eye out for any possible clues. The small caps -1.98% and mid caps -2.55% are bleeding RED, and even some Nifty sub-sectors are also down by quite a bit - Realty -3.71%, PSU Banks -2.57%, media -1.85%, Metals -1.73%.

Nifty hit a new top of 22124 today and just when everything was going in its favor, it started falling. Most analysts will blame the NiftyIT sector (-1.28%) for the fall today - they are not wrong but it is not just because of IT. The majority of the Nifty sub-sectors were down today, Realty (-1.66%), Pharma (-1.14%), Energy (-0.75%), Service (-0.52%). Very few sectors were in green today - Metal, Media, Consumer Durables, PSU banks, etc. When the majority of sectors are against the primary direction (bullish), it may end up becoming a top-like formation.
We discussed yesterday how the Ascending Channel will act like support, on the 4mts TF we got a breach today. 22050 was our laxman rekha but we ended up hitting 21969.

The channel top is not breached in the higher TF, just because of this we are not changing the stance from bullish to bearish. We would like to give one more opportunity for Nifty to hold its ground. We would start the day tomorrow with a neutral bias and wait for Nifty to fall below 21913 to go bearish.

During April-December period of this fiscal, Sobha Ltd's sales bookings rose to Rs 3,734.4 crore from Rs 2,760.6 crore a year ago.
In the first nine months of this fiscal, the company achieved total sale of 4.17 million square feet, an increase of 16.9 per cent over the preceding year.

if you look at the charts, there is a reversal from a strong support/resistance zone and is looking good to buy at cmp.
if we also look onto the longer timeframe, there has been observed a darvas box consolidation breakout and the stock is currently giving a retest.

Godrej properties has sold over 1 million square feet of area at the launch of a new project, Celeste, in its township, Godrej Garden City, in Ahmedabad.
The company has sold 870 homes with a booking value of approximately Rs 435 crore since the project was launched in October, last year, it said in a statement.
The project covers nearly 2.3 hectares and includes 8 towers which offer homes and retail outlets of various configurations. It also has a wide range of state-of-the-art amenities covering social, health, and leisure requirements across age groups.

This Stock broke out from a Down Trending Trendline zone after testing three times. It was in consolidation inside Triangle Pattern since last six months and today that ended on long side So I am biased on long side as todays candle closed is strong green.
On Buy Side I am looking for Targets of 977 and 1036.
