BANKNIFTY managed to sustain itself above the zone! As we can see despite the weakness in first half ! BANKNIFTY managed to break and sustain above the resistance following NIFTY but in a daily time frame it can be seen making a Doji candle in right at the zone making a zone of indecision hence now if in coming days if BANKNIFTY manages to sustain itself above the candle we may see a new ATH else we can witness another fall from here so plan your trade accordingly
Cadila manages to close above previous resistanceCadila Healthcare is bullish if it manages to hold 507. It has gained good momentum has also managed to close above the previous resistance levels. It is sell below 500
Wipro case: What is your focus - Trading or Risk Management?Wipro
CMP 358
On November 05, 2020, this is what we had posted
The price was at 347 and we had suggested to go short on 360 Call option at 4.6
In that we had mentioned SL at 365 but be watchful if it crosses level of 353. A close above that would indicate further upside movement possibly towards our SL at 365
Notice how the level of 353 acted as resistance till November 23, 2020.
And once it surpassed that level, Wipro eventually made a high of 364. Since then it has taken a pause and is currently trading at 358.
Again we see gap resistance at 365 being respected.
This teaches us an important lesson that Technical Analysis is not about being right or wrong.... but more about understanding important support and resistance levels, identifying your entry and exit points and planning your trade accordingly.
Interestingly we came out from our strategy on November 24, 2020 with decent profits, even though the stock moved in the direction of Stop Loss... (Wipro was trading 10 points above our entry level).
This Case will help you understand that rather than focusing on making profits, one can increase his / her chance of being profitable if he / she focuses on managing risk. Remember This is Market and Market is always Supreme. Give yourself scope to be wrong and try to manage worst come situations... and chances are you will see your trades being more profitable.

BSV finally moved. New bottom, New Future.I'd like to ask about the probability of this happening.
0-100% rating system.
1. What is the probability that BSV will shoot lower, move sideways and then shoot up?
2. What is the probability BSV move sideways and then shoots up?
3. What is the probability of this being a fake out, and tomorrow will shoot up?
Looking at the history of BSV and how it moves gives us a chance to see BSV personality.
1. What is the probability that history patterns repeat in similar ways?
Once we can think of this, I think that the price will hold here a little while or drop more, I'll give it a week to see what it does.
Looking at the weekly chart, its a candle without a High wick, this is powerful considering crypto doesnt rest on weekends. The weekly looks strong, so there is a possibility of buyers keeping the price where it is, or there is a possibility buyers want a lower price to get in.
Unless major news or utility kicks in I don't ssee the price skyrocketing this week.
As I always say, I already have positions in, I've managed my account where I'm a certain percent in with a comfortable unrealized loss %, at the same time I have some ammunition(money) waiting to be placed in at lower prices or current prices, depending on what happens this week. Either way I'm set in any direction it moves.
Cheers, Happy trading.

If Price manages to successfully reboundThe Injective protocol has experienced a significant price movement. Starting from a demand level of $7.5 in Oct 2023, it saw a substantial rally, eventually reaching $52.50 by March 12th, after breaking through the resistance level of $45 (a barrier tested three times previously).
However, the peak at $52.50 proved to be unsustainable, and the price began to decline on March 13th, establishing a new support level at $20 by April 13th. Meanwhile, Attempts to recover were thwarted repeatedly by the dynamic resistance posed by the 50-day and 200-day EMAs.
In the most recent week, the price suffered a -22% setback, retreating once again to the $20 support level. The bearish outlook is further underscored by the MACD, which displays a bearish crossover with a histogram value of -0.876, while the RSI indicator is at 35.87, suggesting a bearish momentum.
INJ Price Forecast!
At press time, the INJ traded at $20.761 with an intraday gain of 1.56%.
Case 1 - If Price manages to successfully rebound from the current level and beats dynamic resistance in the process, the nearest targets would be then $30.0 and $36.0.
Case 2- If the price is unable to manage the current support level, then it could reach the $15.0 and $10.0 marks.

Bullish move in Manappuram Finance ?In today's session Manappuram Finance showed some wild swings. CMP corrected almost 4.33% in first 15 min of today's opening. But its price chart is quite interesting if you look carefully. The first candle in 15 min timeframe showed stock corrected almost 4%, but in the same candle a bearish shadow can be observed somewhat equivalent to the length of the body itself, this indicates buying of course. After an hour, stock price moved in consolidation as marked in the image and this lasts till the end of the day.
So, according to my analysis Manappuram Finance will move bullish tomorrow. If the price breaches above 118.70 then it could easily achieve the target levels marked on the image. By saying this, it doesn't means that price would straight up to the target levels after tomorrow's opening. Price may test the bottom of the rectangle more then once, before moving to the desired territory. So have patience on that part.

📌 To Trade on This Chart, You Should Have Reversal Trading Knowledge. As Harmonic is One Of The Best Reversal Trading Strategy, But Always Remember That Harmonic Patterns Also Can Fail (there is no holly grail In Stock Market). That's Why One Should Must Have Knowledge Of Reversal Trading To Trade On Harmonic Patterns.
📌 That Dash Line Is Called PRZ, From That Dash Line To that Horizontal Simple Line Area Is Whole PRZ(Price Reversal Zone).
📌 As One can see, This Pattern has Been Made on Extended levels, that's why stop loss quite big as per this pattern. So wait for perfect reversal first then only go for long and ones enter in trade then strictly follow stop loss and here as per my own experience one should keep Stop Loss as closing basis.
(PRZ :- Potential Reversal Zone, SL :- Stop Loss, TF :- Time Frame)
PRZ 1 :- 139.55
SL :- 122 (Closing Basis)
Target 1:- 148
Target 2:- 154
Target 3:- 161 and more Trailing basis
Note:- As Per this harmonic pattern , stop loss is quite big, so Trade on reversal only if you don’t know what is reversal, Kindly note that and ask in live session so next time you could be able to identify reversal by your self. Even ask doubts in comments, below.

Bulls struggle, but manage to end Nifty just above 17000NIFTY 50 EOD ANALYSIS 24-12-21
In this post, I talk about the analysis for the day and the trading range for tomorrow. The video discusses with the help of the charts how the indices as well as leading stocks performed during the day and their likely play tomorrow.

CHART BASED CONCLUSIONS using 5 Minutes Chart
Nifty opened with a gap-up of 70+ points, attempted to make a further up move but failed, and then, as usual, there was a sell-off. Nifty lost 200+ points from the day high and breached 17000 with ease.
In fact, at one stage, it appeared that the Nifty may well break 16900, but after some time spent around that level, it managed to recover 150+ points.
From its day high to day low, Bank Nifty moved a total of 744 points which is a big move when the previous 3 days had ended in the green.
In comparison to yesterday, Nifty has made a higher high but a lower low. And Bank Nifty has made a lower high and much lower low which is not a good sign.

BANK NIFTY WEIGHT LIFTERS & DRAGGERS

POSITIVES
Nifty managed to end above 17000.
Reliance and IT stocks helped Nifty curtailing incremental negativity.
NEGATIVES
Bank Nifty looks very weak and has breached 35000 decisively and has been rejecting higher levels consistently.
HDFC and Kotak Bank had turned positive yesterday but the two failed to hold on to the area and turned negative and were the lead draggers of the indices.
India Vix has gone up.
Today even DIIs have turned net sellers.
TRADING RANGE FOR 27 DEC 21
Nifty support = 16700-800
Nifty resistance = 17060-17100-150-200-260-300

Bank Nifty resistance = 35000-200-450-525-600
INSIGHTS / OBSERVATIONS
How time frames play a key role - At 1110h, Nifty closed above 20 MA on 5 Minute charts and Nifty reading was 16955. On the 15 minutes chart, Nifty closed above the 20 MA line at 1345h when Nifty reading was 16986. A gap of 2h15m and barely 30 points move but depending upon what type of a trader you are, you would have benefitted or lost to some extent.
It seems that the last 3 days positivity was something that the bulls could not sustain and the bears pulled their might to bring about a sell-off as soon as the market opened. Such was the pressure that the indices made significant moves on the downside with Nifty day low close to 16900 and Bank Nifty day low just below 34600!
On my Nifty 5 minute charts, I have drawn several support and resistance lines several days ago. These lines keep getting retested now and then. Most of the time, these get retested on the downside. Today was one such day and Nifty finally halted around the 4th support line. No surprise that India Vix has gone up yet again.
Our markets may find it hard to make directional moves on 27-12 as the US markets are observing a holiday on the eve of Christmas.
Usually, around 1300h, the market experiences sell-off but today, something unexpected happened and Nifty started a strong and steady recovery and managed to make a high just below the earlier day’s close. This was a refreshing change.
Covid cases and Omicron cases have shot up in Europe and US and the markets there are not so negative, but our markets are either discounting the 3rd wave impact in India or are under pressure only because of FII selling.
What do you feel about this?

NOTE --
This write-up is not a prediction mechanism for the movement of Indices in the Indian markets as the markets are unpredictable in nature. I may refer to many data points in the article but I do not base my view on any of these standalone. In fact, I prefer to react to the price moves than predict the price moves. I also do not review Open Interest. Whatever data points I am using, are all stated in the article. The article title, as well as its contents, can at best be stated as --- This Is How I Read Nifty. I hope I have been able to set the expectations right.

[Positional] Manappuram Swing BetNote -
One of the best forms of Price Action is to not try to predict at all. Instead of that, ACT on the price. So, this chart tells at "where" to act in "what direction. Unless it triggers, like, let's say the candle doesn't break the level which says "Buy if it breaks", You should not buy at all.
=======
I use shorthands for my trades.
"Positional" - means You can carry these positions and I do not see sharp volatility ahead. (I tally upcoming events and many small kinds of stuff to my own tiny capacity.)
"Intraday" -means You must close this position at any cost by the end of the day.
"Theta" , "Bounce" , "3BB" or "Entropy" - My own systems.
=======
I won't personally follow any rules. If I "think" (It is never gut feel. It is always some reason.) the trade is wrong, I may take reverse trade. I may carry forward an intraday position. What is meant here - You shouldn't follow me because I may miss updating. You should follow the system I share.

Always follow a stop loss.
In the case of Intraday trades, it is mostly the "Day's High".
In the case of Positional trades, it is mostly the previous swings.
I do not use Stop Loss most of the time. But I manage my risk with options as I do most of the trades using derivatives.

[Diary] Manappuram Price Action OverviewComment -> Hold the buy positionaly but do SAR (Stop and Reverse) if sell triggers. When Sell triggers, it should be in intraday only. If you already have buy position, it is good to sell 180CE as that has high OI.
Alternatively, Sell 180ce positionally if sell triggers.
