Kama Trend Follower is a Kaufman's Adaptive Moving Average ( KAMA ) based trend follower.

Added percentage threshold option for kama trend line for triggering buy/sell signals. The value of the percentage threshold varies for different currency pairs so set it according to your need and selected currency pair.
