Moving Average Convergence / Divergence (MACD) Candlestick analysis

Instead of viewing MACD from a separate chart (histogram), this indicator will plot a candle based on the MACD value. It is easy to summarize trends and make your technical analysis charting less complex.

Bug fix when candle colour is not showing if visual order is not in most front.
