[KID] Kv v1.0
Second indicator in the suite of KID tools.
Currently, Kv includes:
- volume for most liquid BTC trading pairs colored by continent
- Asia = red
- Europe = blue
- US = green
- Tether = yellow
- BitMEX = green
To be used in conjunction with the Kx and Ko indicators.
