Inspired by FxChartAnalyst trader here, with his great Monthly Weekly Daily Pivot Points Standard indicator

This one calculates Fibonacci ratios only and plots pivots based on the previous Daily close candle.

Release Notes:

Fib 0.382 ratio fixed.
Minor changes to level labelling and styling.
