The Residential Development segment comprises of construction of residential real estate including flats, built-in premises, and parking places. The Construction Services segment offers construction services for third parties and for internal purpose. The Other Operations segment involves the sale of construction materials; construction of stand-alone premises for commercial use; and services related to sale and servicing of premises. The company was founded by Viacheslav Adamovich Zarenkov in 1987 and is headquartered in Nicosia, Cyprus.
