ABFRL ; Medium Term Investment (Keep It Simple)FYI : Red Line refers to Monthly Trendline(TL) , Blue Line refers to Weekly Trendline(TL), Black Line refers to Daily Trendline (TL) Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited NSE:ABFRL is an Indian fashion retail company headquartered in Mumbai. ABFRL has a network of 3031+ stores with a presence across approximately 25,000 multi-brand outlets with 6,500+ point of sales in department stores across India. 1. Stock has been quite bullish for past some time ; Pre-covid line 2 was acting as a support but post-covid line 2 was acting as a resistance & once it broke it ,line 3 is acting as a support. 2. My take is that price will consolidate above 240 demand zone for some time before breaking previous ATH i.e. 313 approx. ; one can start building position here and add more when price crosses above 310-320 zone . Simple Trade Setup | ABFRL | 03-02-2022 [INTRADAY]NSE:ABFRL Observations: 1) On 1 day time frame, it made cup with handle pattern. And today it closed in the resistance zone 305-310 level. Breakout of 310 will give good up move of 5-8 point easily on intraday basis. Please refer below chart : 1day Time Frame. ------------------------------------- Trade Setup for 03-02-2022 1) Don't Jump in to trade at the beginning of the market. Let it get settle for 15-20min first and judge the price action. 2) Everything is mentioned on the chart. I hope it is easy to understand. 3) All the levels will work as support, resistance, entry and exit w.r.t price action near that level. 4) Avoid gap up or gap down chase. Aditya Birla fashion 2 possibilitiesHello traders, this stock has been in my watchlist for a long time now, but for me it's not tradeable right now until and unless it it triggers one of the 2 possible scenario above. Scenario 1 It completes the double top pattern: In this case it will go to the bottom of the long existing channel. Risk reward will be 1:4 200 MA cluster can also act support. Scenario 2 It takes support from bottom channel line: It falls down but without triggering our short. Risk reward will be 1:5 Takes support from the 200 MA or Takes support from bottom channel trendline Bounces up to the upper side of channel Please LIKE, COMMENT and SHARE to motivate and support me.
