The EdTech segment includes business generated and serviced through educational services such as Test Preparation, Content Monetization and Student Mobility. The MarTech segment focuses on integrated and solution driven services of corporates such as Go-to-Market and Capacity Building: Event management, marketing, training & research, improving sales-channel efficiency, and customer loyalty programs. The company was founded by Satya Narayanan Ramakrishnan, Shiva Kumar Ramachandran, Sujit Bhattacharyya, Gautam Puri, Nikhil Mahajan, and Sreenivasan Ramakrishnan on April 25, 1996, and is headquartered in New Delhi, India.
