Heranba Industries: Why Falling Wedges Often Mark the BottomThe Setup Heranba Industries (NSE: HERANBA) has been in a corrective phase for months, but the structure has now matured into a classic Falling Wedge Pattern on the Daily timeframe.
For those new to this pattern: A Falling Wedge is a bullish reversal pattern. It is characterized by "Lower Highs" and "Lower Lows" contracting into a narrower range. This contraction signals that selling pressure is exhausting and buyers are stepping in at higher relative lows.
Technical Breakdown:
Price Action: The price has respected the upper trendline resistance multiple times. The recent breakout candle suggests a shift in momentum.
The Psychology: Notice how the selling waves are getting shorter? This "compression" usually precedes an expansion in volatility (the breakout).
Volume Profile: We are looking for a spike in volume to confirm the breakout validity. A low-volume breakout is often a trap, so watch the close.
Trade Management (Educational View):
Aggressive Entry: On the immediate break of the upper trendline (Current Levels: ~247-248).
Conservative Entry: Waiting for a "Retest" of the trendline around 240-242 to confirm support.
Stop Loss: Strictly below the recent swing low (invalidate the pattern if price falls back into the wedge).
Targets: The theoretical target of a wedge is often the top of the wedge structure (the origin of the pattern).
Risological Note: We track these compression patterns because they offer high Risk-to-Reward ratios. We are not predicting the future; we are reacting to probability.

BUY TODAY SELL TOMORROW for 5%DON’T HAVE TIME TO MANAGE YOUR TRADES?
- Take BTST trades at 3:25 pm every day
- Try to exit by taking 4-7% profit of each trade
- SL can also be maintained as closing below the low of the breakout candle
Now, why do I prefer BTST over swing trades? The primary reason is that I have observed that 90% of the stocks give most of the movement in just 1-2 days and the rest of the time they either consolidate or fall

#No Excel sheet or number magics
Fundamentally it can be due to any major decisions in the management or tremendous performance shown or any such positive actions. Technically, it would have shown an upmove using MA or RSI breakout or any such analysis.
The secret sauce is not revealed here that how I pick my stocks, however the idea is shared as an educational material. This will also help me to keep a track of my accuracy in doing analysis. Hence & also, I request anyone not to take any positions based on the accuracy of my previous feeds or moving forward.
Checkout an amazing breakout happened in the stock in Weekly timeframe. Wait for weekly close above the breakout level.
Breakouts happening in longer timeframe is way more powerful than the breakouts seen in Daily timeframe. You can blindly invest once the weekly candle closes above the breakout line and stay invested forever. Also these stocks breakouts are lifelong predictions, it means technically these breakouts happen giving more returns in the longer runs. Hence, even when the scrip makes a loss of 10% / 20% / 30% / 50%, the stock will regain and turn around. Once they again enter the same breakout level, they will flyyyyyyyyyyyy like a ROCKET if held in the portfolio in the longer run.
Time makes money, GREEDY & EGO will not make money.
Also, magically these breakouts tend to prove that the companies turn around and fundamentally becoming strong. Also the magic happens when more diversification is done in various sectors under various scripts with equal money invested in each N500 scripts.
The real deal is when to purchase and where to purchase the stock. That is where Breakout study comes into play.

Unveiling Market Dynamics: A Reversal Trade on HERANBA In the world of trading, NSE:HERANBA stands as an intriguing case study, particularly concerning reversal patterns and strategic market movements.
The Complexity of Reversal Patterns:
Within the domain of stock analysis, moments of shakeouts & undercuts often mark pivotal junctures in a company's trajectory. A shakeout signifies an abrupt downward shift, shaking off nervous investors and inducing short-term panic selling. Simultaneously, an undercut occurs when prices briefly dip below significant support levels, causing a ripple of uncertainty among traders.
Navigating the Phase of Accumulation:
The undercurrent of market dynamics becomes apparent during the phase of accumulation. Here, astute investors quietly gather shares amidst the apparent turmoil. This phase is marked by a stable or slightly ascending price range amid relatively low trading volumes, indicating the silent confidence of informed investors in the stock's latent potential.
Ready for the Stage 2 Breakout: A Pivotal Turning Point:
Following the accumulation phase, the stage 2 breakout manifests as a crucial juncture. This breakthrough is the herald of change, as the stock breaches its consolidation range or resistance levels. This event is often accompanied by a surge in trading volumes, signaling a renewed interest from both institutional and retail investors alike.
Risk Management and Caution in Reversal Trades:
In the realm of reversal trades, risk management takes center stage. Given the inherently uncertain nature of reversals, wise traders allocate smaller portions of their capital. This cautious approach safeguards against potential losses, considering the volatile and unpredictable nature of markets during reversal phases.
Remember, the volatility inherent in reversal trades necessitates a cautious approach to capital allocation. Risk management strategies, such as setting tight stop-loss orders and limiting capital exposure, remain integral components of a sensible trading plan in such scenarios.
