KAJARIA CERAMICS CHART PATTERN ANALYSISKajaria ceramics has formed two pattern which are very strong and bullish patterns in nature. The only difference is the time-frame It managed to form "Double Bottom" on daily chart(strong buy) It managed to form "Ascending Triangle Pattern" on weekly chart(positional long call) I am happy to see that the price has broken out of both these patterns in the same week Plus momentum indicators such as "RSI" and "MACD" have given confirmation and have gained strenth Stock is now bouncing constantly from its moving average We saw price break above 740 for the first time(on closing basis) since 14 month(0ct-16) on weekly chart WHAT DOES THIS INFORMATION TELLS US? "It tells us that the price is about to enter in a new uptrend because previously at these level "DEMAND WAS MET BY SUPPLY"(bears were in command from 744 levels) and now "(GREATER)DEMAND>SUPPLY" so we have eventually seen the stock breakout from 740(bulls are fighting hard) Now at this level bears will still fight and will try to set a trap but since the level is broken we will see short covering in the market which will pump up the market. KAJARIA CERAMICS IN A ASCENDING TRIANGLE PATTERNStock is no doubt in a uptrend. While it is squeezing and trading in a range it's on the verge of a upward breakout and the reason are as follows:- 1)Moving averages are converging(nearing each other) 2)If we add in 20-dma with a 2-standard deviation higher and lower band it shows the squeeze..... 3)The lower end of the band is 690 and next major support is 693 so we have used it as our stop CHART PATTERN ON WEEKLY TIME FRAME -It seems like the stock has formed a ascending triangle which is a positive sign for a positional trader -We will execute new trade when the breakout happens because right now prices are squeezing and are trading in a range which happens generally after a good long rally and tends to continue/follow the primary trend PLEASE NOTE We are looking to time the markets so stop or target may get hit in intraday also or might end up as a swing trade TRADE VIEW BUY @ 695-705 STOP @ 690 TARGET @ 720-735 PLEASE NOTE WE ARE NOT TRADING RIGHT NOW FOR THE TRIANGLE BREAK OUT WE WAIT FOR THE BREAKOUT AND THEN TAKE A NEW POSITION ON THE TRADE

Kajaria Ceramics:693 support 660Kajaria Ceramics:693 support 660 is having a strong fundamentals with a n annual sales 2528cr & an ROAE 23%. once the correction is over it is having the potency to move towards 900 Management perception: Recently both Ashok kajaria & Rishi made a visit to kochi in the first week of Oct17 for the opening of Kerovit, the new exclusive showroom for the company's sanitary ware and bath fittings and product range under Ultima tiles. Kajaria Ceramics has an annual aggregate capacity of 64 million sqmetres, distributed across 8 plants in various parts of the country, Ashok Kajaria, CMD, Kajaria Ceramics said. According to him, the vitrified tile market after GST' is very optimistic and the company is looking at a double digit growth in the next five years especially with the launch of new tile products and bath wares. Referring to Kerala market, Rishi Kajaria, Joint Managing Director, said that the company is growing at 15 per cent which is higher than the total industry growth. Kerala contributes 15 per cent of its total business and the State's market is easy to work as it adapts to new changes very quickly because of peoples exposure to international markets. The new Tirupati plant at an investment of ₹125 crore meant for manufacturing glazed vitrified tiles will have a production capacity of 4 million sqmtrs and is expected to begin operation by the end of 2017-18. The new plant will cater to the demand from southern markets. The above gives a clear picture and transparency through the CMD speech given in the annual report giving a confidence to the investors.

Kajaria Ceramics is a solid investmentScrip has fully bottomed out. It is now above the MAs, poised for rise to much higher levels. Book Value is Rs 114+, stock is Rs. 568, EPS is Rs 17, PE=33, rising dividends over he years, very low debt, rising margins. With the onset of rise in construction activities, demonetisation behind us, the momentum of all parameters of this scrip seems favourable. Projected price Rs 750 ~ Rs 800 within a year's timeframe. Buy with a stoploss of Rs 490~500 or so.
