It operates through the following segments: Construction, Construction-Related Materials, Property, and Automobile. The Construction segment is the construction of buildings and other infrastructures. The Construction Related Materials segment refers to the production and supply of construction-related material such as asphalt product, quarry products, crusher products, ready mix concrete and other construction material. The Property segment is the development of high rise buildings and manage the same of otherwise leasing, renting out or sale in whole or in part. The Automobile segment includes importing and distribution of sale of three branded motor vehicles, spare parts, and operates of workshop. The company was founded on July 31, 2001 and is headquartered in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
