The Vehicles-Sales segment sells agricultural machineries, and brand new passenger, special purpose, commercial, and pre-owned vehicles. The Vehicles-After Services involves in repairs vehicles and supplies vehicle spare parts, accessories, and components. The Marketing and Distribution segment offers power tools and accessories, lamps, lighting fittings and accessories, tyres, and retreaded tyres. The Construction and Material Handling Equipment segment includes sales and services of earth moving, forklifts, and material handling machineries, and racking, fluid management, dock levelers, and car parking systems. The Agriculture segment consists of import, producing, processing and sale of agricultural seeds, and fertilizer. The Electro-Mechanical, Bio Medical, and Marine Engineering segment engages in supplies, installs, and maintains medical equipment, generating sets, diesel engines for marine propulsion and rail traction, and building management, industrial refrigeration, and power engineering equipment and systems. The company was founded by Stephen Peries, Pandithage Don Alexander, Cyril Algama and Harold Algama in 1939 and is headquartered in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
