The Real Estate segment develops and sells condominiums, villas, commercial units and plots and lands. The Leasing & Related Activities segment develops, leases and manages malls, retail, commercial and residential spaces. Hospitality segment develops, owns and manages hotels, serviced apartments and leisure activities.
