UK's trade is measured through both imports and exports of goods and services. Imports of goods account for more than 70 percent of total imports, with main imports including gas, cars, crude oil, medicinal & pharmaceutical products, refined oil, clothing, mechanical power generators (intermediate), and miscellaneous electrical goods (intermediate). Main goods import partners are China, Germany, the United States, the Netherlands and Norway. Services account for about 30 percent of total imports, with travel, transport, financial and intelectual property services accounting for the largest share of imports.
