NRJ Group SA engages in the operation of radio and television broadcasting activities. The Music Media and Events segment includes radio, events, and digital activities of the group. The Television segment corresponds to the editorial and commercial operations. The Shows and Other Productions segment regroups the operations of the music label NRJ MUSIC and musicals. The Broadcasting segment consists of marketing broadcasting services through broadcasting network sites. The International Activities segment refers to all international activities by the group, other than broadcasting. The Other Activities segment includes support functions relating to the holding activities of the group, technical and audiovisual activities, and real estate activities related to assets held by the group. The company was founded by Jean-Paul Baudecroux in 1981 and is headquartered in Paris, France.
