The Operation BPO segment deals with total information system operational design and maintenance including cloud services and virtual systems; systems operation diagnosis and optimization; and permanent or remote systems operations and monitoring. The Regional and Overseas segment offers software and systems design, development, maintenance and solutions to regional and overseas industries; sells system equipment; and provides outsourcing and IT training services. The company was founded on August 25, 1972 and is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.
