shortNasdaq RalliesAs I had written in the 2024 forecast for equities, I continue to expect support from Fed commentary until or unless they have little choice. Given the state of global markets, with worry in China and Europe along with Japan recently going into recession, hawkish talk from the U.S. Central Bank could open up a host of problems that would be difficult to deal with down-the-road. Technically we can see price fair to break previous house & close with a Day bearish engulf candle stick which indicates that's there are strong sellers coming in!!! Pay attention to price action and the set up on the charts.

NDX : Head and shoulder pattern For educational purpose A head and shoulders pattern has four components: 1. After long bullish trends, the price rises to a peak and subsequently declines to form a trough. 2. The price rises again to form a second high substantially above the initial peak and declines again. 3. The price rises a third time, but only to the first peak level, before declining again. The neckline, drawn at the two troughs or peaks (inverse) 4. After breakdown the neckline with strong volume is the right sign of trend reversal for time duration in which this H&S pattern is building. 5. Check RSI in 1st Peak makes a high, but in 2nd makes lower high, in 3rd another lower high will confirm the trend is not in position sustain it's momentum. Minimum target of this pattern is the distance between the neckline point to highest point of the Head (Peak) in a straight line in no. of points. the same point will be deducted from the point where this neckline breaks to downward. NDX is in process of making Head & Shoulder Pattern in HOURLY timeframe If NDX Break Down Below 17400 then it may touch below levels Level 1 17130 Level 2 16800 All above assumptions goes wrong If NDX closes above 17630 then a very fast upside will be witnessed double upside. If talk about specific 10-2 year bond yields historical data are saying that if 10-2 year bond yields going up base base line +0.01 going up market going down example 2000 2008 2020 2022 this crash started when Bond yields rising base line ((((3rd ))) --- House hold equity exposer -- this is very powerful economic indicators and if we discusse historical data house hold equity exposer we se when House hold equity exposer toch 38% level it is already a strong supply area when 1966 equity exposer toch 38% level mark market are going 10 years sideways range in this side way range including crash many time same equity exposer toch 38% level mark in 1999 and market Trade 13 year side way inthis side have two crash like 2000 crash and 2008 carsh same situation happened IND 2022 equity exposer toch 38 % leval and future pridiction is according to equity household exposure market crash 2024 and 25 and this crash fill 3 to 4 years and if we analysis chart of global market we see 2020 2022 and 2024. 25 crash and market create a big range bound area .

NDX : Expecting a sell-off in the near termSome key levels have been broken and also the market did reverse after taking the all-time highs. The momentum to the upside was fading and it is evident from the smaller ascending channel formed when the all-time high was taken out. Right after that, the market broke the ascending channel with momentum and this also adds up the possibility for a sell-off in the near future. Expecting a crash to at least the lower trendline of the larger ascending channel. If price couldn't hold those levels then we can expect further sell-off. I'll be booking profits in individual stocks if they are close to inflection levels and thereby maintaining some cash positions to prepare for this crash.
