It operates through the following divisions: Residential Property Development, Memorial Parks, and Real Estate Investments. The Residential Property Development division consists of affordable housing, open market rental housing, GAP housing, FLISP housing, social housing, and mid to high income housing services. The Memorial Parks division pipeline comprises of Nasrec, Fourways, Springs, Durbanville, and Bloemfontein. The Real Estate Investments division is in the process of earning income on the divesting from the rental property portfolio. The company was founded by Frederik Johannes Steyn, Douw Gerbrand Steyn and Deon Noel Steyn in 1995 and is headquartered in Bryanston, South Africa.
