The Materials segment comprises of commercial quarries, contract crushing, and materials handling, and processing services for the mining industry. The Roads and Earthworks segment includes the road and civil infrastructure construction operations. The Infrastructure segment specializes in disciplines outside of the road construction sector, including energy rail, telecommunications, pipeline construction, and housing infrastructure projects. The Other segment consists of voluntary rebuilding program expense. The company was founded by Jacobus Esaias Raubenheimer on November 28, 1974 and is headquartered in Bloemfontein, South Africa.
