The Italian Distribution segment consists of the distribution in Italy of video games purchased from international publishers. The Other Activities segment includes the management of paid skill games. The Holding segment carries out the parent company functions namely the coordination of the different business segments, implementation of financial policies for the group's operations, office building management, and brand management. The company was founded by Abramo Galante and Raffaele Galante in 1989 and is headquartered in Milan, Italy.
