AGMO fundamentals

Agmo Holdings Bhd. is an investment holding company, which engages in the provision of digital solutions and application development. It operates through the following segments: Development of Bespoke Digital Solutions; Provision of Digital Platform-Based Services; Provision of Subscription, Hosting, Technical Support, and Maintenance Services; and Provision of Training and Development Services. The Development of Bespoke Digital Solutions segment includes developing customized mobile and web applications that address specific goals or challenges faced by clients. The Provision of Digital Platform-Based Services segment offers Vote2U, Agmo Health, Agmo Electric Vehicle (EV) Dashboard, and Agmo EV SuperApp. The Provision of Training and Development Services segment provides training courses on various subjects such as immersive technology, artificial intelligent and data science, blockchain, chatbot, user experience and interface, and mobile and web programming. The company was founded by Aik Keong Tan, Chin Seng Tham, and Kang Wen Low in 2012 and is headquartered in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.
