It operates through the following business segments: Timber Products, Plantations, and Others. The Timber Products segment includes trading of logs; manufacture and sale of sawn timber, veneer, and plywood; and reforestation plantations activities. The Plantations segment involves in oil palm plantation and milling activities. The Others segment consists of property development, investment, livestock, and agricultural production. The company was founded by Amar Abdul Hamed bin Sepawi, Wahab bin Dolah, Jack Sung Ding, and Kuo Hea Wong in 1985 and is headquartered in Sibu, Malaysia.
