BANK NIFTYImportant Levels for 19-08-2022. First half the sellers got the control after a long time but the force with which the byers fought back was the thing to look for. The index is super bullish and the next major levels to look forward to is the reference zone of 39985-40085 an till that there is no stopping the index. The largest volumes in the up move post 2pm are concentrated in 39690-39740 and that can act as a support zone and dips can be bought till here, below it the next support area will be at 39490-39560 areas. Will avoid shorts for the time being.

Banknifty Trade Setup for 19.08.22 with intraday levelsMassive movement in both direction and banknifty gave profits and hit SL on both sides. Market mood was super bearish right from the opening and people aggressively shorted right at the opening. This led to the major short covering in the first hour itself. Movement was big enough to start some profit booking which gave bears the chance to capitalise given the overall mood of the market still was bearish. The important level was the low nifty made in the first 30 mins of the opening. Once that was protected both indices shot up massively. One of the take home points is that nifty got resistance at yesterday's high. Overall banknifty is the beast. 39675 is important but fresh shorts will come only after 39557. BANK NIFTY Important Levels for 18-08-2022. The way the index is behaving major moves are happening overnight and intraday ranges are too tight to aim for big targets. The index has closed at good levels and above the surge by late buyers. The last leg of the up move today has good buyers in the zone between 39410-39440 and if by any chance we open flat or with a small gap down, we can expect another round of buying. SL can be placed at 39365 and the targets we can look to is 39500,39540. If we open with a gap up and sustain above 39550, we can see another move till 39700 levels. Any gap down most likely will be bought. No shorts unless we break 39260 levels and if it does we can short for targets of 39000.

How to Play Inverse Head & ShoulderHead and shoulder is a very popular chart pattern among traders. which is a continuation pattern. Many traders get it incorrectly they try to find Head and Shoulder in an up trend and Inverse Head and Shoulder in down trend , you need to do it correctly for better results. Here I do this analysis in three parts. Step 1 : Previous trend should be bullish for Inverse H&S and bearish for H&S , I am sharing pictures please check this out. Here you can see the pattern is good but the previous trend is bearish so avoiding such setups is a good choice. and Check this setup Step 2 : Head , shoulders and neckline should be proper I see many traders do it incorrectly, this pattern is clearly visible by itself without drawing a single line you can identify it. Premium Advise : If you find it very difficult to identify proper head , shoulder and neckline then avoid this setup. Step 3 : If you identified a proper setup , then wait for a breakout confirmation do not jump directly wait for closing of the current candle. The higher high closing is a good signal. Then check out the risk reward you are getting if SL is small and potential target you expecting is big (at least double compare to risk) then the trade is worth taking otherwise avoid.

BANK NIFTYImportant Levels for 17/08/2022. Another volatile day and again no supports being broken. The largest sellers for today are concentrated in the zone 39270-39320. Unless we close a 15 min candle above this region, my bias will be to short. In case of a flat open, ideal levels to short will be below 39270 with SL of 39320 for targets of 39220,39180,39100 and 39000. If we open flat and trade up, then we can go long above 39320 with SL of 39270 for targets of 39420 and 39470, if buyers still show strength we can look for 39700 as our final targets. Any big gap up or gap down and we must wait and then take positions.
