Polyplank AB engages in the extrusion, compounding, trade and recycling of plastic. The firm manufactures recyclable products of recycled plastic and waste of wood fiber. Its products areas are System for the real estate sector, Noise Reduction System, Profiles for other applications, and Sleeve plug. The System for the real estate sector, within the business area, a number of different application systems are sold. The Noise Reduction System, market for noise reduction is expected to increase as larger demands are placed on authorities and private persons regarding the reduction of harmful noise in society. The Profiles for other applications including the terrace profile BeachPlank. The Sleeve plugs are used as load and transport protection in paper bales. The company was founded by Leif Jilken and Stig Nilsson in 1994 and is headquartered in Farjestaden, Sweden.
