The Other / Headquarters comprises operations not included in the other reported operating segments, centralized functions including Product and Technology. The Adevinta segment comprises online classifieds operations outside the Nordic countries. The Eliminations segment comprises intersegment sales. Transactions between operating segments are conducted on normal commercial terms. The company was founded by Christian Michael Schibsted in 1839 and is headquartered in Oslo, Norway.
